Architectural Control
ACC reviews ALL building activity throughout the Lake Shannon community, including new homes, additions, decks, seawalls, etc. We need to approve your plans PRIOR to construction. Residents must fill out a Lake Shannon Architectural Control Committee building application and allow two weeks for ACC approval. We work with local townships and county officials to review all building activity on Lake Shannon.
During any landscaping or construction activity around your home please talk with your contractors to take appropriate precautionary action not to damage the road surface when they move any heavy equipment or material. Any road damage will cost us all in the long run.
A copy of the ACC Building Application is provided below. If you have any questions, please contact Wayne Biernacki at (810) 252-9660 or LSA.ArchitecturalControl@Lake-Shannon.com. When you have completed the ACC Building application give Wayne a call to set up a meeting for ACC review and approval.
